At Bharat Inflatable, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items in their original packaging.

What cannot be returned:

• Damaged items
• Used items
• Items you don’t like (or any other reason besides damage during shipping)

How to return an item:

2. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
3. Please ship the item back to us in its original packaging.

Refunds Policy:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the item.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note:

• Shipping costs for returned items are non-refundable.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
